Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Water Day Tracker iOS application ("App") developed by Habib Ghaffarzadeh ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, or lend the App to any third party
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

Water Day Tracker offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan – billed monthly, gives access to all premium features
• Yearly Plan – billed annually, gives access to all premium features at a discounted rate

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly indicated in the app at the time of subscription.

Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Only one free trial per Apple ID is permitted.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the information you enter into the App (age, weight, etc.) is accurate
• Using the App's hydration recommendations as general guidance only, not as medical advice
• Maintaining the security of your Apple ID and device

Water Day Tracker is a wellness tool. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical advice related to hydration or health conditions.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Habib Ghaffarzadeh and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
